Namrata Pereira

Namrata grew up in Hyderabad, India, and has been residing in Dubai for the past 14 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. Before joining the AX CAPITAL team Namrata got relevant experience and knowledge in Dubai real estate market while working as a Sales Consultant at the developper, Shapoorji Pallonji. Namrata confesses that when she first joined AX CAPITAL, she was not confident enough, but she overcame her fear, decided to go ahead, and closed a deal at the Address JBR, her highest number of sales. That taught Namrata that when it comes to work or life sometimes you just need to jump, do what makes you uncomfortable, you never know what it leads to. Now, after a year in the company, Namrata feels confident, she proved herself as an effective, intelligent, and responsible professional in the off-plan market. A little about personal life An introvert, Namrata enjoys reading history, philosophy, psychology, religion, and architecture books on a relaxing day, watching movies with her family, and drinking coffee. Additionally, she is passionate about science and space exploration. Namrata is her most adventurous self when she travels, visits museums, goes up the mountains on a cool pleasant day in the Swiss Alps, or soars high on a hot air balloon over the vineyards in Napa Valley. She once did a bungee jump from a 600 ft tower! She wishes to pursue her Master's degree in Apologetics and Religion at Oxford University when time permits as she got admitted. She dreams of having a better tomorrow, being a better human, and making a difference in the World.
