- Dubai Land Department reduces real estate registration procedures to one step
The Dubai Department of Land Resources (DLD) has appointed a new team, consisting of a manager and an auditor, to work directly in the trust property registration centers to provide customers with simple and flexible services.
This step is part of the determination and commitment to facilitate the early completion of real estate registration transactions and the creation of an appropriate investment climate for the real estate sector.
The service came into effect in early March 2020, where the team’s role is to provide technical support to the centers and provide customer support, while at the same time reviewing and completing their transactions. Thereby achieving the slogan 'complete your transaction in one step through one channel’.
