The Dubai Department of Land Resources (DLD) has appointed a new team, comprising of a manager and an auditor, to work directly in the trust property registration centres. The aim of the restructure is to provide customers with a more simplified and flexible service.
This step is part of the department’s determination and commitment to streamline transactions, facilitate the early completion of real estate registrations, and curate a healthier investment climate for the real estate sector.
The service came into effect in early March 2020, with the team’s role being to provide technical support to the centres, provide customer support, simultaneously review and complete their transactions, thus achieving the slogan `complete your transaction in one step through one channel.`
