Emaar enters Sharjah with a branded residence of 250 apartments

Real estate developers, Emaar and Arada, have launched the first phase of sales in the Vida Residences Aljada project, which is currently under construction. The new residential complex will include more than 250 apartments.

Vida Residences Aljada will be the emirate’s first-ever branded residence. The first phase of sales will include 168 apartments in the first of the two buildings of the project. It is also said that each apartment will feature a minimalist and ultra-modern interior design, equipped with top-notch appliances. A wide range of amenities is also offered to residents. The project is located along a lush green street with shops, sports facilities, cafes, and restaurants.

Construction on Vida Residences Aljada and the adjacent Vida Aljada Hotel began in 2021 and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2023.
