The Mama Shelter residential complex will feature:

All apartments will be fully furnished and brightly decorated by Thierry Gaugain, the famous Parisian designer. The kitchens will have cabinets and built-in appliances.

The eclectic interiors of the residences will feature contrasting hues, neon details, unusual designer furniture and accent accessories. Various materials are used for the decor, including marble, crystal, tempered glass, polished steel, brushed brass, walnut and oak, and Balasan carpets.
The apartments are equipped with wireless Internet and TV with free access to movies. Also, all residences are equipped with a "Smart Home" system, allowing you to use a mobile device to control the temperature and humidity in the room, adjust the lighting, control multimedia devices, etc. Philips, Sonos, Hue, Alexa, and other devices can be connected to this system.
Around Mama Shelter
The Mama Shelter residential complex will be in a major commercial centre of Dubai – the Business Bay area, next to the Dubai Canal, numerous hotels, and high-rise residential complexes.
