Alexey Andrienko

Originally from Riga, Latvia, Alexey was closely connected with Dubai for more than 5 years before relocating in early 2022. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social sciences in Economics and External Relations Manager qualification. He has more than 10 years of experience in sales and management in the development, legal, and IT fields, and more than 6 years of experience in the primary and secondary real estate market. Back in Latvia, he was CEO and owner of a real estate agency. Over the course of his career, he closed 250+ deals in the areas of sale, lease, and legal support. Alexey made 35 deals with over AED 50 million in value in his first six months at AX CAPITAL. A little about personal life Alexey is a happy husband and father of two sons. Travel is a passion for him, and he enjoys extreme water sports such as wakeboarding and jet skiing, and loves all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). Alexey received his first salary at the age of 12 years. He dreams about self-made residential developments all around the world. "Real estate agent is not a job title, it’s a lifestyle!", he believes.
