Provided to tenants who are rebuilding or renovating properties in the Al Quoz Creative Zone.

The relevant directives were issued by H H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The move is part of the 100-day plan for the Al Quoz Creative Zone development project.

The aim is to transform the area into a comprehensive integrated creative zone. The plan is in line with the strategy to transform Dubai into the global capital of the creative economy by 2025.
