• Motor City is a dynamic developed area with residential complexes, communities, malls and entertainment centres. The area is 3.3 million m². Here is located one of the world’s largest autodromes, Dubai Autodrome.
• Index Tower – an 80-story skyscraper with apartments, 2- and 3-level penthouses, offices, shops and parking for 2,442 cars. The unique design of the skyscraper and special solar reflectors keep the tower's internal temperatures less than 28 ℃ without air conditioning.

In 2011, Tower was the recipient of the 2011 Best Tall Building Middle East & Africa award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
