Imkan Properties is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, and a premium real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. Estimated cost – $8 million. IMKAN’s proposition is built around a unique research platform that identifies the needs and desires of its customer segment. It helps to identify the characteristics of social behavior and habits of clients in order to form their individual profiles. This approach allows to create communities where the needs of all residents are taken into account. Flagship project:

• The Makers District – a vibrant community on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. Includes residential complexes, Cove Beach and The-Artery – a hybrid parking structure and event space with office and retail units. The main element of residential development is a complex with a unique architecture, Pixel. Area – 180,000m² including apartments with spacious terraces with vertical gardens, offices, shops and restaurants.
