Emaar will deliver 8,500 residential units in 2022.
In 2021, 4700+ units were delivered. In total, Emaar currently has 24,500 residential units in various stages of construction.

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort is closing for renovation on May 8, 2022. As part of the renovation, a new resort complex will be built under the Atlantis and One&Only brands of the Kerzner International hotel chain. It will include a family hotel, a pan-Asian rooftop restaurant, SPA and an alcohol-free bar. Opening – 2023
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) would be completing the renovation of the Saih Al-Dahal Road.
An 11-km two-lane road will connect Al Qudra Lakes Park with Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. Key goal – to increase the road intake from 1,800 to 4,000 vehicles. The project complements a series of RTA projects in the Saih Al-Dahal. One of them is the 23-km-long Dubai Cycling Track. Sources: Zawya, Trade Arabia
