A new $3 billion railway will be built between the UAE and Oman.
Trains will connect Abu Dhabi and Sohar:
- Speed of passenger trains – up to 200 km per hour
- Speed of freight trains – up to 120 km per hour
Etihad Rail is expected to accelerate the growth of the UAE property market.
The new Dubai Metaverse Strategy was unveiled at the Dubai Metaverse Assembly on September 28, 2022.
The goal is to make Dubai the global hub for Web 3.0 technologies. The Dubai Metaverse Strategy focuses on 5 sectors:
- Tourism
- Education
- Government services
- Retail
- Real estate
Emirates and Flydubai have canceled the mask requirement on board.
Passengers may also choose not to wear masks at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central Airport (DWC). From September 28, 2022, the mask regime has been canceled in the UAE.
