+102%. This is how much the number of rental agreements registered in Abu Dhabi grew in H1 2024
– 49,135, compared to 24,811 in the same period in 2023.
According to the data from Abu Dhabi Statistics Centre, the capital city accounted for 43,985 contracts. This is 105% more than in H1 2023.
The number of contracts in the other emirate's cities compared to H1 2023:
Al Ain City: 4,819, increased by 77%
Al Dhafra: 331, increased by 130%
