The Abu Dhabi developer, Aldar Properties, announced that the first 2 phases of its Dubai residential project, Haven by Aldar, sold out on strong demand

Aldar generated $844 million from the sale of 786 villas and townhouses in its first of three communities to be developed in Dubai.

77% of sales – Overseas and expatriate resident buyers

23% – UAE citizens

The final phase including villas, townhouses and apartments will go up for sale in early 2024.

The sales in new projects boost the profit of the Ras-Al-Khaimah developer, RAK Properties, in Q3 2023 by 282%

To $28.6 million

The revenue rose by 137% to $186.7 million.

The developer sold out:

• All apartments – Julphar Residence / Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

• Projects at / Mina Al Arab, Hayat Island, Ras-Al-Khaimah

• Over 90% of the luxury villas and townhouses – Marbella Villa Phase 2 (additional 89 units are under construction)

• All 344 apartments within a few hours – Bayviews

The sale of 678 apartments at Cape Hayat began at the end of Q3.
