Aldar Properties bought Abu Dhabi commercial Al Maryah Tower in $122.5 million deal.
Together with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company. Al Maryah Aldar and Mubadala will take ownership of 25-storey class A office and parking with 1,000 spaces.

- Apartments – $25,400
- Villas – $75,800
Leading areas in terms of average rental price was Palm Jumeirah:
