August 2023 Results – Real Estate Market Records
According to the Dubai Land Department data:
– In August 2023, 11,977 property transactions worth $9.22 billion were completed in Dubai.
This is the highest figures for the month of August since 2011, according to the digital portal, Property Finder.
Property deals show 23% volume rose and 40% value decreased compared to August 2022.
- 5,010 transactions worth $4.59 billion – Existing Properties
- 6,967 transactions worth $4.63 billion – Off-plan Properties
Compared to August 2022:
- Existing volume went down by 5%, the value increased by 7%
- Off-plan volume went up by 59%, the value rose by 102%
