August results–real estate market records
According to the report of the Dubai Land Department:
- In August 2022, 9,733 property sales transactions worth $6.6 billion were completed in Dubai.
This is the highest figures for the month of August since 2010.
- 5,335 transactions worth $4.3 billion for secondary and ready properties
- 4,398 transactions worth $2.3 billion for off-plan properties
Compared to August 2021:
- The sales volume changed by 70.6%
- The transaction value changed by 64.5%

Villas & Townhouses
- Madinat Al Mataar
- Emirates Living

Of the total value of property sales transactions:
- 72% – Apartments
- 19% – Land plots
- 9% – Villas
