Azizi Development is investing $5.4 billion in a project in Dubai South.
Golf District The main features of the project will be:
- – Crystal lagoon with a 3km beach
- – Glass-covered 2km-long air-conditioned boulevard
The project will feature:
- Luxury villas
- Residential buildings
- Hotels
- Schools and hospitals
- Shopping and entertainment centers
- Sports grounds, etc.
The boulevard is expected to attract 100,000 visitors from outside the community on a daily basis.
