It is set to be the fifth-tallest building in the world: 600+ meters tall. – Sheikh Zayed Road The luxurious skyscraper will consist of:
- Residential Apartments – 100 Floors
- 7* Hotel – 22 Floors
The hotel will be all-suite with restaurants on seven floors. Opening Date – 2027
