Average apartment rents in Dubai increased by 4% compared to Q4 2021 according to the Chestertons' Research.
This is the steepest increase since 2014. In addition to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina, rental income growth is seen in areas such as:
- Al Barsha South
- Arabian Ranches
- Arjan
- JVC
- Sports City
Bloom Holding announced the launch of the $2.45 billion Bloom Living project in Abu Dhabi.
