Bus Routes in Dubai Updated

Temporary Changes to Public Transport Routes Due to Al Maktoum Bridge Repairs

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has announced temporary changes to public transport schedules and routes because of essential maintenance work on Al Maktoum Bridge.

Al Maktoum Bridge, one of Dubai’s oldest and busiest transport connections between Deira and Bur Dubai, will be closed during the following periods:

– Monday to Saturday: from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM – Sundays: 24 hours

As a result, until January 23, 2025, buses previously using Al Maktoum Bridge will be rerouted to Al Garhoud Bridge. Passengers are encouraged to check updated schedules and routes via the S’hail app.

Bus routes impacted by the closure: 10, 23, 33, 88, C04, C05, C10, C26, E16, X28, X94.
