- 218 one bedroom apartments
- 20 two-bedroom apartments
- 3,100m² of premium retail spaces

Service fees of real estate units were decreased by 26.4% during 2020 and 2021:
In 2020 – by 18.1% In 2021 – another 8.3% The reduction in service charges led to property owners and investors saving over $54.4 million in 2020-2021.
