The developer, Continental Investments has signed a strategic agreement with our real estate agency AX CAPITAL.
AX CAPITAL will be responsible for overseeing projects' positioning, marketing, and sales. Continental Investments portfolio includes:
- Continental Tower in Dubai Marina
- Rukan Community in Wadi Al Safa
- Boutique XII in Al Jaddaf (sold out)
Earlier, the developer announced a project with an expected capital appreciation of up to 30%, Rukan Residences
Danube Properties announced that project, Opalz, is sold out in Dubai.
The project was sold out on the day of launch. With the launch of Opalz, the developer's total sales value exceeded $1.67 billion.
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority has announced the construction of new roads and lighting in four communities in Dubai:
- Al Lesaily
- Lahbab
- Margham
- Hatta
Project covers roads extending to 37km:
