Nakheel, in partnership with crypto trading company Hayvn, acceptes crypto payments for:
- Real estate purchases
- Rent
- Service fees
using Bitcoin and Ethereum cryptocurrencies. Previously, Damac Properties made easier to buy real estate using cryptocurrencies.
According to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency and Dubai Land Department, Marina 101 is close to completion.
Marina 101 is the second-tallest building in Dubai behind Burj Khalifa. Earlier it was reported about finding of a potential buyer of the hotel in this building. Sources: Arabian Business, The National News
