High occupancy rates in Damac Hotels and Resorts

From January to July 2022, Dubai received 8.1 million visitors.

This is 184% more than in the same period of 2021. Аccording to Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Hotel occupancy has returned to near pre-pandemic levels, at 72% of the 141,000 available rooms.

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority has announced that Dubai Taxi will use:

• Robotic process automation

The goal is to reduce fuel consumption and increase the number of trips per vehicle.

Damac Hotels and Resorts, a division of the hotel chain of Damac Properties expects high occupancy rates in its hotels.

The division recorded a 70% occupancy rate for its hotels in Dubai in the first 8 months of 2022. This is 20% more than the same period in 2021. Now, Damac Hotels and Resorts has 5000+ rooms.
