As per an OAG analytical report, Dubai Airport handled 44.9 million passengers during the first half of 2024, achieving one of the highest traffic figures in the history of aviation in the United Arab Emirates.
This impressive surge in passenger numbers has positioned Dubai Airport among the top three busiest airports worldwide for international traffic. The Dubai hub stands alongside other major global airports, including Atlanta and Tokyo. The top five also include London Heathrow and Istanbul Airport.
