Dubai South Properties has signed up with the Kuwaiti M. A. Kharafi & Sons company to develop The Pulse Beachfront Villas.
Dubai South Project cost – $245 million The project includes 788 townhouses and villas with 3, 4, 5 bedrooms. Residents have access to a 200-metre-wide beach lagoon, pools, fitness centres and shops.
Nakheel will open a new venue with 9 beach clubs, The Club, in Dubai.
