Dubai property market sees strongest ever start to a year.
According to the digital platform, Property Monitor: 12,119 sales transactions were recorded from January 1 to March 26, 2022. This was a 17.7% increase in transactions compared to 2017, which was the previous best start to a year.
Danube Properties announced the launch of the $81.74 million Pearlz project in Dubai.
