Results of Dubai Real Estate Market in H1 2023
According to Dubai Land Department (DLD), from January to June 2023, 61,011 property sales transactions worth $49 billion were registered in Dubai:
- Existing Properties – 30,393 sales transactions of $29.6 billion
- Off-plan Properties – 30,618 sales transactions of $19.2 billion
Compared to H1 2022, the total sales transactions increased by 42% in volume and by 58% in value:
- The number of ready transactions increased by 19.8%, the value – by 36,6%
- The number of off-plan transactions increased by 74.1%, the value – by 104.6%
