– In March 2024, 13,839 property transactions worth $10.3 billion were completed in Dubai.
Property deals show 14% rising and 12% value increasing compared to March 2023.

57% – 7,938 transactions worth $4.5 billion – Off-plan Properties
Compared to March 2023:
– Existing volume rose by 2.9% (the value didn't change)
– Off-plan volume rose by 23.6%, the value increased by 32.3%
