Dubai residential capital values rose in October 2022 according to the ValuStrat Index (VPI).
Compared to September 2022, VPI rose by 0.9%:

For villas – by 1.2% For apartments – by 0.6%

Compared to October 2021, VPI rose by 14.6%:

For villas – by 26.2% For apartments – by 7.2%
