Compared to October 2022, VPI rose by 0.8%: For villas – by 1.0% For apartments – by 0.5% Compared to November 2021, VPI rose by 13.7%: For villas – by 22.3% For apartments – by 6.9% Areas with the highest annual capital gains: Villas

  • Arabian Ranches – 27.5%
  • Jumeirah Islands – 26%
  • Emirates Hills – 23.6%

Apartments

  • Palm Jumeirah – 14.7%
  • Burj Khalifa – 11.2%
  • JBR – 11.1%

Arada, a leading real estate developer in Sharjah, has awarded two contracts worth $256 million.
