Dubai sold 88 residential properties over $10 million in Q1 of 2023.

According to the consulting group, Knight Frank, most luxury homes were purchased in:

• 1. Palm Jumeirah – 26 sales
• 2. Jumeirah Bay Island – 23 sales
• 3. Al Wasl/Dubai Canal – 11 sales

Dubai ranked fourth among the cities in the world, where the largest number of luxury real estates were sold in 2022.

Residents of the UAE have the opportunity to get free parking permits near their homes.

This was announced by the Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The free parking service extends to parking areas within a radius of 500m from the place of residence. Citizens can submit their applications via the RTA website. For this you need to provide:

• A copy of the Emirates ID
• A valid Ejari
• Proof of vehicle ownership
