Dubai's ultra-luxury home prices climbed to 27% in Q1 2023 compared to the same period in 2022.
According to real estate experts, average prices:
- Luxury Real Estate – $6.8 million
- Per m² of Luxury Villas – $10,390, which is 53.15% higher than in Q1 2022
Dubai World Central Airport (DWC) plans to expand to 56 million m².
The goal is to become the world's largest airport by 2050 and have the capacity to accommodate up to 255 million passengers each year. The first phase of the project will increase the airport's capacity to 130 million passengers per year and will be completed by 2030.
Dubai's non-oil private sector maintains its growth in March 2023.
According to the online platform, S&P Global. Latest Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) increased to 55.5 compared to 54.1 in February 2023.
