Sale

Compared to December 2021, property sales price index increased by 1.12 points, from 84.44 to 85.56. An increase of 1.33%.

Compared to January 2021, prices increased by 10.18%.

Rent

Compared to December 2021, property rent price index increased by 1.47 points, from 73.95 to 75.42. An increase of 1.98%.

Compared to January 2021, prices increased by 10.12%.

Abu Dhabi

Sale

Compared to December 2021, property sales price index decreased by 0.03 points, from 78.71 to 78.68. Decreased by 0.04%.

Compared to January 2021, prices increased by 1.67%.

Rent

Compared to December 2021, property rent price index increased by 0.25 points, from 71.00 to 71.25. An increase of 0.35%.

Compared to January 2021, prices decreased by 0.14%.
