Sale

Compared to April 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.48 points, from 86.80 to 87.28. An increase of 0.56%.
Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 10.94%.

Rent

Compared to April 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.23 points, from 80.62 to 80.39. Decreased by 0.28%.
Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 19.11%.

Abu Dhabi

Sale

Compared to April 2022, property sales price index decreased by 0.03 points, from 78.80 to 78.77. Decreased by 0.04%.
Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 1.59%.

Rent

Compared to April 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.13 points, from 70.78 to 70.65. Decreased by 0.19%.
Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 1.49%.
