According to the REIDIN Residential Property Price Indices, taking into account average prices for apartments and villas. Dubai Sale Compared to April 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.48 points, from 86.80 to 87.28. An increase of 0.56%. Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 10.94%. Rent Compared to April 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.23 points, from 80.62 to 80.39. Decreased by 0.28%. Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 19.11%. Abu Dhabi Sale Compared to April 2022, property sales price index decreased by 0.03 points, from 78.80 to 78.77. Decreased by 0.04%. Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 1.59%. Rent Compared to April 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.13 points, from 70.78 to 70.65. Decreased by 0.19%. Compared to May 2021, prices increased by 1.49%.
