Emaar Properties has announced a significant expansion of The Oasis by Emaar project

The luxury resort-style development's land space will be increased by 108%. 

It will elevate the total project's value from $9.3 billion to $19.9 billion.

Development Area: 9.4 million m2

Number of Units: 7,000

The expansion is aimed to encourage active and healthy lifestyle, and will include:

• Green Spaces
• Lakes
• Jogging Tracks
• Amenities

The Oasis by Emaar was launched in July 2023
