The founder of the development company, Emaar revealed that Dubai Creek Tower is in redesign phase; construction to start in 2024

The project was originally announced in 2016 as a supported observation tower which will have a minimum height of 1,300m, and be taller than the skyscraper, Burj Khalifa.

It is being redesigned by a leading international company – the winner in a competition. In the next 7-8 months, the developer aimes to create a new idea for the project.

One of the most expensive plots has been sold for a total of $57 million in Dubai

– Emirates Hills

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) the 3,900m² of land in the Emirates Living neighborhood was sold for 14,700 per m².

Emirates Hills is known for its green areas and top-notch golf club. It is one of the areas with the highest annual capital gains in Dubai.
