– In February 2024, 12,021 property transactions worth $9.99 billion were completed in Dubai.

Property deals show 18% volume rose and 36% value increased compared to February 2023.

54% – 6,480 transactions worth $3.58 billion – Off-plan Properties

Compared to February 2023:

– Existing volume rose by 23%, the value increased by 46%

– Off-plan volume 1 by 31%, the value increased by 19%
