According to the report of the Egyptian financial company, EFG Hermes (with reference to data from the REIDIN information service):
- In February 2022, 6,913 property sales transactions worth $4.2 billion were completed in Dubai.
The number of transactions is 34% higher than in February 2021. 4,514 transactions worth $3.1 billion – secondary and ready properties 2,399 transactions worth $1.1 billion – off-plan properties Compared to February 2021:
- The value of transactions in the secondary market increased by 107%
- The value of transactions in the primary market increased by 200%
Leading areas for off-plan sales:
- Business Bay
- Downtown Dubai
- Dubai Marina
- MBR
Of the total value of property sales transactions: 36% – villas 31% – apartments 29% – land plots Home sales of total residential transactions: 48% – affordable 31% – budget 21% – elite Source: The National News
