Global luxury hotel brand, Marriott Hotels, will open the first Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
The resort will have 608 rooms with panoramic windows, balconies and water views. Peculiarities:
- 650m² of private coastline
- SPA and swimming pool
- 10 restaurants
- Business centre
Over the next 12 months, Dubai office rents are expected to rise by double digits
Аccording to the forecast by the consulting company, JLL. Dubai's office market area has a total stock of 9.1 million m² of leasable area as of Q3 2022. Limited supply will be a catalyst for price increases.
Expats will be able to own property in Sharjah.
The Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) announced this. The council also has issued a separate decree to regulate the insurance of mortgage in Sharjah. Earlier, only residents of the UAE and other GCC countries could own real estate in the emirate.
