According to the report by the Dubai Investment Development Agency: 1 place – Singapore 2 place – London 3 place – Dubai From January to September 2021, the emirate attracted $4.3 billion in FDI from 378 projects. TOP source countries for FDI:

The Jet, world's first hydrogen-powered hydrofoil, is to be manufactured in Dubai.
The "flying boat" will travel over the water at a cruising speed of 74 kph. Capacity – 12 people. The authors of the project are a Switzerland-based start-up, the Jet ZeroEmission, in cooperation with the UAE's Zenith Marine Services and Dwyn. Sources: The National News, Khaleej Times
