Dubai residential capital values rose in May 2022 according to the ValuStrat Index (VPI)

In May 2022, VPI increased by 1.1% compared to April 2021:

  • For villas –by 1.8%
  • For apartments –by 1.1%

Compared to May 2021:

  • For villas – by 33.4%
  • For apartments – by 18.6%

Areas with the highest annual capital gains: Villas

  • Arabian Ranches – 40%
  • Jumeirah Islands – 38.3%
  • The Lakes – 35.7%

Apartments

  • Palm Jumeirah – 20%
  • Burj Khalifa – 18%

Damac Properties has signed a contract to build the Costa Brava townhouse collection in the Damac Lagoons project
