Dubai residential property prices will grow by 4-6% in 2022 according to forecasts of the consulting agency, Knight Frank.
Luxury property prices will see growth of 10-15%. 78,000 units are scheduled to be delivered in Dubai in 2022. This would be the largest delivery of units since 2009.
