Approximately 7,000 residential units will come online in Abu Dhabi in 2022.

  • For comparison – 6,000 units were delivered in 2021.

Most residential units in 2021 were delivered in areas: 1. Al Reem Island 2. Al Raha Beach 3. Yas Island

In Abu Dhabi, some landlords offer housing with bonuses:

  • Rent-free periods
  • Payment by multiple cheques

The highest number of rental enquiries generated: 1. Al Reem Island – 18% 2. Khalifa City and Al Raha Beach – 7% 3. Corniche Road – 6%

The hotel occupancy rate in the UAE in March 2022 was 90%.
