- Launch of AVA Palm Jumeirah, mortgage loan in the UAE and travel period of 2022 in the DXB
Dorchester Collection and Omniyat announced the imminent launch of AVA Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
The project includes 17 luxurious "hanging" palaces. To present the project, 500 drones were deployed at a height of 120m above the ground.
According to the digital platform, Mortgage Finder, more than 8 in 10 of mortgage borrowers in the UAE are first-time buyers:
94% – residents of the UAE 6% – non-residents 64% of borrowers purchased villa or townhouses, whilst 36% opted for apartments. In addition, 9 in 10 borrowers stated their purpose of purchase was to reside within the property.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) expects busiest travel period of 2022 from March 25 – 28, 2022.
