Aldar Properties acquires Ras Al Khaimah’s Rixos Bab Al Bahr hotel in $210 million deal.
Al Marjan Island The hotel with 715 rooms was opened in 2014. This increases the developer's investment portfolio in Ras Al Khaimah to $408 million.
Developer Bloom Holding announced first phase sold out at Bloom Living project in Abu Dhabi.
