New reporting requirements for real estate transactions have been issued by the UAE Government
It is necessary to report to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit about:
- Single or multiple cash payment(s) exceed $15,000
- Payments that include the use of a virtual asset
Rules apply on individuals and corporate.
Dubai entered the TOP 5 cities in the world in terms of growth in the cost of premium housing
According to a study by the consulting agency Savills, which involved 30 cities around the world:
- Prices for luxury real estate in Dubai increased by 4.7%
- Dubai is the only non-US city in the TOP 5
UAE's national airline, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has announced the resumption of the Abu Dhabi → Moscow flight
From October 3, 2022, flights will be operated daily. Prices – from $99 Tickets on sale on:
