- The Ritz-Carlton Residences, the first WELL-certified project in the Middle East
The Ritz-Carlton Residences project will be launched as part of Keturah, a luxury wellness development in Dubai.
Dubai Creek Developer – MAG Group The project was announced as a result of a deal signed between the wellness real estate division of MAG Group, MAG of Life, and the global hotel chain, Marriott International. The complex includes:
- 2, 3-bedroom apartments
- Penthouses with sky gardens
- 8-bedroom mansions with direct views of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary
