Ellington and SOL Properties will develop a new residential project of 11 houses in Dubai
JVC The project will be branded Ellington and will provide residents with resort amenities including:
- Pool with jacuzzi
- Pool for children
- Fitness centre
- Paddle tennis courts, etc.
Abu Dhabi residential property rents fell to their lowest since 2016 in Q2 2022
The average occupancy rate for the city was 81%. According to the ValuStrat Index (VPI). Villa rents lower compared to:
- Q1 2022 – by 2.3%
- Q2 2021 – by 6.8%
Rent for apartments lower compared to:
- Q1 2022 – by 4.3%
- Q2 2021 – by 7%
