NOVEMBER RESULTS – REAL ESTATE MARKET RECORDS
According to the report of the Dubai Land Department: – In November 2022, 11,093 property sales transactions worth $8.3 billion were completed in Dubai. This is the highest November record ever. 5,844 transactions worth $4.8 billion – secondary and ready properties 5,249 transactions worth $3.5 billion – off-plan properties Compared to November 2021:
- – Transaction volume increased by 62.22%
- – Transaction value increased by 72.86%
Compared to October 2022:
- – Transaction volume increased by 28.48%
- – Transaction value increased by 21.62%
